Real experience

Tahiti Nui is fantastic pit stop for lunch right in the center of Hanalei. I would highly recommend the Coconut shrimp and Ahi Carpaccio, both were delicious and reasonably priced. The Mai Tai is also a must and gets a mention from WSJ. They do live music at night, and had a lei making class in the back while we were there. Kelly was the best!

We decided to have an early dinner here after spending the day at Hanalei Beach. Upon our arrival, there was a queue, and we patiently waited for about 10-15 minutes to secure a table. Our order included crispy calamari and a Margherita pizza with sausage.

While the calamari was decent, the pizza stood out as truly delicious, especially with its flavorful garlicky crust. It’s worth noting that they offer only one size, and I personally would have appreciated a larger option. The service was satisfactory, and the live music added an enjoyable touch to our dining experience.

Tahiti Nui recently hosted Our wedding in their luau room this summer! The staff was very attentive and so warm to all of our guests. The food was incredible with plenty to go around!

Their event manager Ciara was very quick to meet our needs and made getting all the finer details smooth and easy! They were great about meeting dietary needs for a particular guest which we all know can be tough!

I couldn’t recommend them more! If you have a party they are the business to host it! It was laid back, fun and all of our guests had such a great time! Thank again Tahiti Nui

What a great place to chill and have dinner and drinks after a good day on Kauai! Great service, awesome food and short wait as we arrived before 5:30. The coconut shrimp was very good with 7 pieces with good dipping sauces. Reasonable and affordable prices too. The Ahi appetizer as excellent and enough for a meal. Great cocktails too. Will definitely be back next time in Hanalei!

If you’re in Hanalei, Kauai, you must check out the Tahiti Nui. It’s a great local spot. Great food choices, good, friendly service. Fun vibes. We had the coconut shrimp. They were 7 large pieces, all fresh. And the Tiki man pizza. They make their pizza dough fresh every morning. Two thumbs up.

A great local spot in Hanalei for good food, drink, and live music entertainment. The artists were amazing and certainly added to the whole experience. Stopped by on Thanksgiving and it was packed!! I ordered the Rib Eye Bowl and the meat was cooked perfectly.

It was a hearty dish that left you wanting more after each bite. It is a cool atmosphere on the inside and outside. Service was a bit slow but to be expected with the busy holiday. They’ve got great live music and good happy hour deals. Certainly worth stopping by during your time in Hanalei.

This is a popular spot for a reason! Really good food. Table of 8 and we waited about 45 mins which was to be expected. We had a little trouble with our waitress but it appeared resolved by the time w we left, overall really good experience.
